At the end of the first calendar month, we email you a statement outlining the web site traffic report and requesting a check to replenish your account at a rate of 50¢ per visitor. Sorry, we cannot accept replenishments via credit card. Your check is due in our office 10 days from receipt of the statement. There is no grace period ! Accounts are deactivated and must be started over if replenishment funds are not received within 10 working days. We must adhere strictly to this to limit our risk.
